Terms and Conditions
Welcome to LittleChamp! We provide a unique and safe location for organizing children's birthday parties and events. Since our facility was originally a sports studio, we ask you to pay attention to the presence of sports elements that must be used with care and under supervision.
1. General
LittleChamp offers a space for children's parties with sports and challenging play elements. The customer is responsible for supervising the children during the event and must read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions.
2. Safety and Supervision
  • Parents or other adult supervisors are always responsible for supervising the children.
  • Children may only use the space and play elements under adult supervision. LittleChamp cannot be held liable for injuries or accidents that occur during the use of the facilities.
  • The space contains sports elements such as climbing nets, balance beams, ball pits, and other objects originally designed for adults. There is always a risk of falling or bumping, especially for younger children.
3. Risk and Liability
  • Participation in activities at LittleChamp is entirely at the participant's own risk.
  • LittleChamp is not liable for injuries, damage, or loss of personal belongings that occur during the use of the facilities.
4. Use of the Facilities
  • Customers must follow all rules and instructions provided by LittleChamp when using the space and play elements.
  • Parents or supervisors must always supervise the children.
5. Health and Safety
  • Customers must inform LittleChamp in advance of any special health needs of the children, so that appropriate precautions can be taken.
  • LittleChamp has a first aid kit, but the responsibility for reporting incidents lies with the customer.
6. Access to the Space
  • The customer is responsible for following the rules regarding access to the facility. Children may only enter the space under adult supervision.
  • Customers must ensure that the space is left clean after use and that all waste is cleared away.
7. Cancellation and Payment
  • Payment must be made in advance or as otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may incur charges (usually 50% of the total amount). No refunds are available for cancellations on the day of the event.
8. Force Majeure
  • LittleChamp is not liable for failure to fulfill the agreement due to force majeure, such as illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Changes
  • LittleChamp reserves the right to modify these terms. Customers will be notified of any changes.
Signature
By using our services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accept these terms. The customer also confirms that they are responsible for supervising the children during the event.
